FITNESS

All machines and equipment are state-of-the-art and provide the atmosphere and tools to reach your fitness goals. As a new member, you will receive three complimentary training sessions with our personal trainer, to explore and acclimate to our facility, as well as address your fitness goals for overall health. Our trainers take pride in tailoring a fitness program suited to your individual needs and in a private, focused setting like The Club’s.
 
At The Club at Treasure Island, we seamlessly meet the wants and needs of all our members when it comes to physical fitness and overall wellness.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
 
Tuesdays 8am - 8:45am
Wednesdays 9:45am - 10:30am &
6pm - 6:45pm (Introductory)
Thursdays 7am - 7:45am
Fridays 5:15pm - 6pm
 
All levels - Low impact water aerobics, every teacher has a different style. The water against your body provides a wide variety of conditioning.
 
Monday - Saturday 10:30am - 11:30am
 
All levels - Restorative yoga is typically practiced with props, and involves only a handful of restorative poses you'll hold for extended periods of time — but you'll really connect your mind with your body.
 
Tuesdays & Fridays 9:30am - 10:30am

 
Medium to Hard - It is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person’s own body weight with suspension straps
 
Wednesdays 8:30am - 9:30am

All levels - Is a 1 minute circuit class using the equipment in the exercise room. However there is always a surprise move to challenge all levels.

 
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00am - 7:00am


 
Medium to Hard – High to low cardio on the treadmills. Interval training with weights and steps.
 
Thursday 8:30am - 9:30am

 
Medium to hard -  This is a challenging blend of low impact moves, core-firming benefits of Pilates, with the strength of athletic training and the flexibility advantages of yoga.
 
Tuesdays & Fridays 9:30am - 10:30am

 
Medium to hard - Outdoor military workouts include calisthenics. Stations are set up with 1 minute intervals using different challenging equipment.

Saturdays 8:30am - 9:30am
